That's a no confidence vote if I ever saw one.
From the votes, it's clear that Randi deserves an "F" grade. Maybe someone should present her grade in a PowerPoint Dog and Pony Show for all the GM's and Mayor to see.
Hmmm, someone voted 21 times to give her an A.
