Who is really running ITA? A great question when you think about it. After all, why did the Mayor have to interview Gene before he was promoted to AGM? To my knowledge, this has never happened before.
Also, it seemed strange to me that Sally Choi had more to say then Randi at this week's ITA budget hearing.
It looks to me that the Mayor's Office actually running ITA and Randi is just a figurehead.
LOL - those have got to be the WORST photos of Randi and Tony.
I think the term figurehead is too kind. Can you say "puppet"?.
Wow, that picture of the mini-mayor makes him look like the devil. A very accurate depiction.
Keep up May 2, 2008 7:15 PM. The Mayor put this requirement in place in March of 2006.
