New DOS for ITA?

Party On, Wayne!

Anonymous said ... Is it true DOS is for Wayne Chan? How can someone like him who has no abilities be qualified to lead us?

Anonymous said ... I bet Council ordered the promotion...just like they did Roger's promotion. Randi doesn't think for herself, she lets the Council and Mayor think for her. This would be a mistake, Randi. He's good with Council, but he has no skills to be a DOS. Think before you act on this one! June 30, 2008 7:25 AM

make no mistake. these two alarmists got to where they're at by pounding on ITA's line employees to do the mayor's and council's bidding. these these guys work for the enemy. kgb all the way.

KGB? Enemy? Are we having a Cold War in ITA?

Contragutlations to Wayne! This a well deserved promotion! It is not easy to work for the elected officials. However, the work is completed by ITA's team effort and I hope that one day Wayne gives his team the same accolades he is now receiving.

... don't hold your breath on that happening 4:30PM

... nay, the only way is to kiss his A**!!! Ask the people he promoted.

I remember him thanking almost all the support groups within ITA and his entire staff for making him look good in last year's ITA all-hands meeting. Heard he is a very nice boss.

So maybe Wayne Chan is a nice guy and has honored his staff in the past.

That isn't qualification to be the Director of Systems of ITA.

His focus is on elected officials support, isn't the DOS supposed to be the one that actually keeps the departments various systems and processes in line and on track?

There are better qualified individuals. How about the one that is doing the job? Kirk Yamamoto.

A reliable source told us that ITA is in a big hole, no promotion for anyone in this fiscal year. I feel for the hardworking people at ITA.

please fix the typo: should be "Congratulations"

I second the vote for Kirk. He treats each customer like they are his most important customer. About time he gets promoted.

He is a nice guy only to those that have been kissing his a**. Go....Kirk!!!!!

I heard Kirk was up for a promotion but because of budget cuts, his "future" position was eliminated.
